INITIAL CONSULTATION & TREAMENT.ALLOW 45-60 MINS.
This will involve a fact finding session with the appropriate muscle or joint testing, leading to treatment if needed.

This will involve treatment to the injury concerned with a review of any previous treatments given & advice on any rehabilitation that is needed.

Because under 16 is classed as a minor we will require a parent or guardian to be present at all consultations & treatments.

CLUB NIGHTS & PRESENTATIONS.
Presentations can be tailored to suit the club or group concerned. Usually a demonstration will be given and advice on how and how not to treat injuries.

This can include getting back to fitness, muscle strengthening, stretching, improving “Range of Movement”, cardio vascular conditioning to keeping fit. For an hour session this will cost you only £35.00.
For a half hour session will only cost you £20.00
