Personal Training: One of our programmes can be written specifically for you, and supervised to make sure you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively whilst enjoying it! After an initial free fitness test, we can then begin tailoring your program!

Fitness Testing - Using weight, circumference measurements, Fat %, Lung capacity, to name a few, we can find out specifically, where you may need to improve. Testing is essential for motivation, progression and programme creation specific to you.

Weight Loss - Trying to reduce your waistline? With dedication we can provide the necessary programming and support to really make a difference when you get on those scales.

Weight/Muscle Gain (Strength Training) - Either to strengthen specific muscles in order to perform certain tasks, or maybe to bulk up to look and feel great, our personal trainers will help you with your requirements.

Nutrition - Working out and really putting in the hours training is only part of the battle. Without the correct nutritional advice, achieving your goals will become that much harder.  Our staff at "SPRINT" will guide you through your requirements.
